• We guarantee professional services and high-quality products.
• Please check your nails and color before leaving.
• Minor issues (chipping, lifting, broken nails) within 3 days will be repaired free of charge. After that, regular fees apply

Payment

• We accept Cash / Credit / Debit / Gift Cards.
• No Refund on any services.
• Credit/debit transactions may incur a processing fee.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Please arrive on time. Guests more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or change services.
• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 3 hours notice.

Products & Gift Cards

• All product sales are final – no refund.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, transferable, and not redeemable for cash after expiration.

Personal Responsibility

• Hi5 Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• Please inform staff of any allergies, skin or nail conditions, or health concerns.

Children

• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by unsupervised children
